Goals

The Discipleship Team will educate the church on what disciple-making is and how to implement it within their lives. Educational opportunities will be provided by means of small group meetings, Bible studies, discipleship hours, sermon series studies, etc. These will be evaluated through a ministry/event questionnaire.

The church's leadership will offer quarterly training for observed or discovered needs within the church. This may include, but is not limited to, discipleship training, financial stewardship, CCNC's Accountable Leadership Model, leadership training, outreach training, etc. This goal will be evaluated with a ministry/event questionnaire.

The members of the ministry teams will personally encourage other members of the congregation to serve on a ministry team, and/or use their gifts and interests in service to the church, and/or pursue church membership. The team leaders will report their team's progress on this goal to the pastor.

The members of the congregation will seek to get to know each other and build deeper relationships through everyday activities, as well as by participation in church activities and events. This goal will be evaluated through feedback in a survey and questionnaire.
